Nick Proia has lived in Middle Tennessee for over 16 years. Nick is honored to work as a home inspector with his team in the Middle Tennessee area. Prior to owning Pinnacle Home Inspections, a locally owned and non-franchised company, Nick was a business development executive. Nick is a graduate of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) with over 150 hours of residential inspection training and over 600 educational credit hours of continuous home inspection training for various components of home construction, inspection processes and procedures. Nick considers working alongside his friends and neighbors in the middle Tennessee area to be a blessing. Nick is a 7-time Ironman triathlete and enjoys swimming, biking, running, fly fishing, woodworking and spending time with his wife Tina, kids and grandkids.
